Lansing Area Condo Services was founded in 2001 by Susan Johnson, who has had 15 years of experience in Condominium Management and Maintenance.  Susan also holds a license as a Residential Builder in Michigan.

 

Susan saw a need for full service integrated care for condo’s, since so many services to Association’s overlap.

 

Lansing Condo Services is, first and foremost, the business office for the Association.  Dues are collected and deposited directly into each Association’s bank account.  Susan works closely with the Board of Directors to establish a yearly budget and strives to stay within these guidelines.  Monthly financial statements are presented each month to the Board of Directors or mailed in lieu of a meeting.

 

Building Maintenance is provided by written request from Co-Owners via the website, email, fax or U.S. postal service.  A 24 hour “on call” service is maintained for Emergency Services Only.  Maintenance is provided “in-house” by our employees.  This includes, but is not limited to roof leaks, sump pumps, repair and replacement of siding and trim, window and door repair and many other services.  We also work directly for Co-Owners when requested repairs are not covered by the Association. 

 

Landscaping services include lawn mowing, edging, fertilization, weed control, pruning, mulching and other services.  Snow removal which includes plowing, shoveling and salting services is also offered.

 

We have found that having all services integrated and not having to “chase” after other vendors for call backs or “fitting in” to their schedules at their convenience makes for more timely and personalized services for each Condominium Association.
