Request for Modification of Condominium Unit
1. Proposed modification to building or limited common element.
All modifications must be approved by the Board of Directors. Please submit plans for additions or changes. All work performed on the Association Property, even if paid for by an individual co-owner, must be done by a licensed professional and the co-owner must have a copy of workers comp and liability insurance in hand at time of request.
I understand that this modification, if approved, is the sole responsibility of mine to maintain and repair. I will notify any potential buyer, should I sell my unit, that this modification will become their responsibility at closure.
